HOWARD, Mrs. Lorraine, age 75, a lifelong resident of Dayton, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2008 at her residence. A retired employee of Miami Valley Hospital after 42 years of service. She was a member of Townview Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin H. Howard. Survivors include her son, Michael A. Howard of Dayton; brother, Charles L. (Debra) Martin of Palm Beach, FL; grandchild, Tray L. Tyress; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Monday, June 9, 2008 at the HOUSE OF WHEAT Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 North Gettysburg Avenue. Rev. John Gunther officiating. Interment Dayton National Cemetery.
